Danielle Fang is Baba’s founding engineer and its first hire. Before Baba, she spent three years as a product engineer at Stripe in New York, and a gap year building machine learning tools for handheld ultrasound at Butterfly Network.
She grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and studied computer science, economics, and data science at MIT, where she was on the swim and dive team.
